Even though it is a psu, the staff was very polite and addressed my queries and concerns personally. We miss this personal touch these tech days where we have to talk to automated customer care centres which always leave us half minded. 2nd Floor is for policy purchases and 4tg floor is for claims. If you are looking for your general insurance needs like vehicle insurance, health insurance, personal accident, fire and allied insurance for your premises and genuinely want genuinely free consultancy with market beating prices, go and visit this place.
