When a person goes to attend a gym what matters for him/her? A good ambiance, well-maintained and properly working equipment, hygiene factor of the premises, an expert trainer, affordable price rate, and the quality of crowd attending the gym. THE NEW LIFE FITNESS GYM of Nikol brazenly marks all of these checkboxes.
The gym has elegant architecture and equipment arrangement, maintained in good condition by periodic servicing of the equipment and daily cleaning of all the sections considering from workout space to reception and changing room with utmost security considering gender sensitivity of their customers. It has well-knowledged trainers who do not only provide customized workout routines and diets based on customers’ goals and body requirements but also stay updated on each of the customers’ improvements to keep them motivated. It’s been only 3 weeks and I’ve already lost 4.5 kgs thanks to the whole team of trainers (Mahendra, Ravi, Jagdish, Mayur, Apurva, and Abhishek).
The management of the gym keeps introducing various discount offers every now and then to improve customer satisfaction. The crowd attending the gym is really motivating and mature. I would highly recommend it to all those who do not only want to join the gym but also want to make it a fruitful investment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better place to do workout with all good equipments and machinery, trainers are also good they are decent, polite and very knowledgeable, they are very supportive as well ..This is one of the best gym in nikol. My experience has been great with very good trainers

You have great fitness classes like Zumba and body flow and pump.... 10,000 sqr feet area .... Is very big space for Covid environment.
