★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We usually go to the horticulture nursery. It's a great place to buy plants. They have a great variety from following plants to trees. Do not expect great service though. They are courteous enough to answer questions. The 4-rating is just for the variety of plants available here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice nursery consisting of various flowering and fruit bearing plants. Situated within the Lal Bagh garden premises run by employees co- operative society. This nursery contains wide variety of hybrid hibiscus plant varieties and lot of cactus varieties. One can get various seeds of seasonal flowers, vegetable seeds, implements, fertilisers and nutrients required for personal garden maintenance.
Service is good but only negative thing is beware of brokers and touts who harass genuine buyers.

You also get gardening supplies here ranging from pots, soils , fertilizers, seeds and insecticides. More such cooperatives should come up in the city. Must visit for plant lovers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Nurserymen co operative society is a very good place located inside the Lalbagh Bangalore. This Nursery is the best nursery to shop for all variety of plants and seeds for home gardens. People can visit inside the nursey without any Fee or Ticket and two wheeler and four wheeler parking available inside the Lalbagh. People who are working here are very helpful in picking up good plants and loading in to vehicle. This is One of the must visit places in Bangalore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superbly maintained nursery run by a cooperative society. It’s located within in the Lal Bagh Botanical Garden. They offer a wide range of plants and seeds for sale. You have trolleys to pick and carry the plants/pots as you shop. Staff don’t assist you much - they only assist a bit when you ask them. Prices are high to moderate compared to other nurseries. Very peaceful place to spend some time as you shop. Very neat and clean. The nursery with a lots of plants, trees and flowers looks beautiful and colourful as well.
