I don't know how are the working condition there, but Here are the requirements that they sent to our college for placement, just read it yourself so you get to know why I gave 1 star : We are a 100% export-oriented software outsourcing company based in Ahmedabad. To sustain our organic growth, we are giving career opportunities to the fresh students and so we are planning to recruit good and talented students from your institute. In this regard, we request you to let your students know about our company and let them know how important it is to start a career in a metro city like Ahmedabad. We are also giving the detail about our company which you can put on your notice board so that enthusiastic candidates may make their minds for The One Technologies and prepare themselves in a professional way to get recruited in our concern. Selection Process: • Online Test (Aptitude, Reasoning and Logical questions) • Video Conference/Personal Interviews for the candidates who cleared the online test. Terms and Conditions: • Throughout 60% in Academic. (10th, 12th, Bachelors, Masters) • While joining, Selected students will have to sign a contract of a Total 24 Months duration initially as well as need to provide an Original 10th/12th certificate OR 20K deposit. This includes training of 6 months and employment of 1 year 6 months. • Once the Training Period starts, students are not allowed to leave until the company wants. • Students with full-time project requirements in the 7th or 8th semester can appear for this 6 months training. • During the Training period, Students will be eligible to get a stipend of Rs. 6,000 per month. • We will keep half amount of the stipend with us for security purposes and that will be returned to you after completion of 24 Months of Contract along with the Original 10th/12th certificate OR 20K deposit submitted at the time of joining. • After completion of training your performance will be evaluated and If your performance is good you will be offered confirmation on your employment. • After successful completion of training of 6 months, they will be confirmed as our regular employee (based on performance during the training program) and for which they will be paid maximum up to Rs 20,000/- as salary. • Once training is started, and If you want to leave the contract in the middle of training or employment, you will need to return whatever stipend & Salary you have withdrawn from the company. In addition to that, you will also need to pay Rs 1 Lac to compensate for the cost of the company. • Increment will be given based on yearly performance evaluation report after one year from the date of Confirmation. • Security Deposit money will be not given back in any case If you leave the company before the agreed tenure of a total of two years of the contract.

I am working here since 7 months and i have learned a lot of things from here, they are giving training from beginner level to advanced level. One of the great place to start your career, work environment is best and positive atmosphere.

The worst company that I EVER heard in a while. They are ripping of the talent and employees. The employer is behaving very rudely with their employees and not taking care of them. Also, the company is signing in a bond where they mention out the training period will be paid at 6000rs./ month. But the company will take 3000 rs. from them as a security purpose which is not understandable at all. The company try to stress out their employees with a plenty of workload. The company try to be like a school. They just tell their employees that the timings are flexible. But, in actual case it is not at all. Moreover, in covid situation, the company impose their employees to come at office to do the job instead of staying at home. DON'T GO IN THIS COMPANY AND TRY TO FIND BETTER OPPORTUNITES ANYWHERE ELSE.
