★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop having all kind of organic product but they selled me some sample product and when I asked them next time they denied to take the product back. In the product also it is mentioned Not For Sale, the product is from Stretigic room freshener. After two weeks when i visited the shop again those sample products was not there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Range of things are good. But fresh vegetables are available only in the morning. By evening most of the racks are empty. Pricing is okay. Have good variety of pickles, powders etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer experience. Plenty of items out of stock most of the times. Rude staff behavior. They never restock requested item even after multiple requests (and they agreeing every time). It seems they don't care about fulfilling customer needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most well organised, neatest stores with great products and produce. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. Home delivery is available. One of the reasons I look forward to going into this store is for the amazing Carnatic music that plays in the background. I always find peace here, not only for food and grocery needs, but also for my entire being. Good discounts are on most of the time too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost all the times they are out of stock for more than 70% of the items which are available on their website. They don't care to ask for alternative or fulfil from other nearby centres. Never order from their website. No inventory management or anything. Poor customer experience. On top of that, customer care number is never answered.

They stock Akshaykalpa products, which for some reason most supermarkets in the locality don't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good place to get organic groceries.Love the batter, icecream, mishti doi, paneer, Tofu and healthy snacks available here. Lot of earthy, homely ingredients and goods. Must visit once. Price as usual with the organic items.
