★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended an investor meet last week. Have been for them at the same location earlier as well so familiarity with the spaces makes things that much easier. The pencils are sharp, the pads are adequate. The arrangements are fine. Only gripe is that the hall gets cramped once everybody is at the buffet. Also used the valet parking which went off perfect this time as my car was parked almost next to the entrance and not outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in this hotel because a conference that I was presenting was hosted in this hotel. My shocker started since the time my car pulled into the hotel. It was a narrow entrance and I was welcomed by the building that has tiles falling off from the facade. The front desk would have been bigger in a 3 star hotel. Staff were OK, I noticed a lack of warmth in the front desk. The worst was when I checked into my room. It was old, small and nothing better than a cheap hotel. The towels in the bath room seem to have a long legacy like the hotel itself. I am still in the shock on how can this hotel be a 5 star. Unfortunately, I have one more night to spend. Will not returning to this property again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a dinner party at aqua pool side ..
Place and ambience was great with a pool ,pool side bar and disco ball. Even in the peak of summers the weather was kept cool by air coolers and sprinklers. The service was upto the mark.
The biggest letdown was the food . Vegetarian was simply non palatable so I moved to desserts which were even more pathetic .
I didn't stay at the hotel so can't comment on it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This does not fit into the luxury category. The ambiance at times very noisy. The staff deserves an A-plus. The buffet is a bit overpriced. The carpets on the floor deserve heavy cleaning. The lifts, I am sure, less said the better. Pandemic is an excuse here too. If something does not work, blame it on Corona. If you can have QR codes for restaurant menus, have similar QR codes for the service directory in the rooms, and if they do, place it where it's visible, preferably over the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent hotel in terms of staff and hygiene. I had arrived earlier than the scheduled time of check in but the staff was courteous to accommodate me before. I know how difficult it is for hotel staff to carry out maintenance of the room in such a short space of time. Would have given 5 stars but the quality of in house dining was not upto the mark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was indeed a pleasant experience staying here for 2N since its a 5 star property everything was as expected.
Just a tiny things here and their I felt could have been better since I was comparing with my previous stay at 5 star properties
Although the room was well lighted their were couple of lamps which were not working.
The bathroom was old fashioned with shower intact and also could see the bathtub rod screw rusted and it was bit loose as well.
The breakfast menu was just fine
The best part of stay at this hotel was its proximity to CP staying right in center of the city is what I prefer and was the reason to choose this one over the others

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room size was pretty compact and everything inside the room was old. Best thing about this hotel was only the location else I'd totally pass. Not worth for the price you pay and didn't find any precautionary measured being followed in the elevators in terms of capacity and cleaning.
Extremely bad experience with their front desk. My flight landed around couple hours before the check in time and I was asked to pay the full day price. I had no option but to check in.
P.S: Their complimentary breakfast buffet was exemplary and their restaurant staff were extremely helpful and courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 3 nights. Overall a decent experience. For us the location was perfect for the work we had to complete in New Delhi. Rooms could have been better for a 5-star hotel; However, housekeeping was perfect. Breakfast buffet is excellent. A lot of tourist attractions are in a few minutes' driving distance from the hotel. Other hotel amenities are as expected. 24/7 in-room dining is available.
