β β β β β Worst service experience. I had purchased 6 cameras and a dvr. It's not even a year and a camera has started malfunctioning. There is no response from the company. I have been calling them from last 2 weeks to replace the camera but they don't have in stock. I advised them to change my camera to different place but everytime I get the answer that the technician will arrive today and no one arrives. I have got very tired from their service and would advise not to purchase anything from the company because of their poor service.
