★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is supposed to be a 4 bhk , but only 2 of the rooms are good.
The bed in one of the room is not in a good condition, plus it does not has an AC, and the 4th room has a sofa set which is supposed to turn into a bed, but is not in a good condition.
The other two rooms are good.
The service is also nice, no issues otherwise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth it. Super expensive, rude caretakers, pathetic service. You can get so many better option for lesser cost. Owners have tried to skew their rating by posting many fake reviews. If you go though the reviews, you would figure that out. We made the mistake of doing it post our stay. Avoiding this place is better than regretting later like we did.

The main hall is an excellent place to relax in front of the TV. Strong WiFi is also available which was really helpful for my traveling. The rooms are big, cozy and super clean. The environment is so nice, I love it! It is well maintained and when you see the owner you feel that you have a friend to help you get all you need. His big smile is remarkable.
My experience was super positive. Hence, I'd highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes, all my guests were warmly welcomed at this amazing Homestay nestled in the buzzing area of Vishwas nagar in East Delhi named “The Penthouse Delhi”. Every thing is easily accessible, huge number of eateries to choose from on home delivery apps like Swiggy and Zomato. Easy to reach with Google Maps navigation. Communication was a breeze. They even have a lovely Labrador. Large living room for complete family entertainment. Must visit.
