★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought an iPhone 7(₹16,500, 128 gb) with 100% battery with a box including bill, earphone and charger(was a new phone according to the vendor) but when reached back home, the battery wasn't even working upto 75% and the quality of the earphone was not apple so was not satisfied with the products and the people were nice though.. The day i went there to shop according to google map, it showed that it was open on the map but once I reached there the shop was closed at 12:30pm . I don't know if I was having a bad day Or something but this was my experience.. And it was kinda bad..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bought an Iphone 8 64gb unused( as said by them) with box and unused accessories. As soon as I reached home, I found out that the display did not have truetone and battery health started showing ‘-‘ after plugging into charger. I got the phone replaced and during replacement Gautam also swapped the battery of the phone and told me that everything now will work fine and the next day the phone stopped responding properly to the home button and power button. They keep swapping the phones batteries so all of the phones that they offer are actually refurbished. I had to sell my phone back to them within 4 days at a loss of 2500 because I knew that if I keep the phone I wouldn’t fetch even 10k for it after 10 days. Do not buy phones from them if you love your money. I was told that they would give me my money back after a week but i literally had to call Gautam Sachdeva many times and still had to visit the shop to get my money back. Stay away from these frauds. Also attaching the bill of the phone that I bought and the transaction of the money I recieved back with the date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. I bought iPhone 7 open box(they claimed) which is actually a replaced and then repaired battery exchanged fone .
When I open the box at home , the camera popped up as u can see on pics .
90% charge battery went to 11% in 35 min .so I returned the phone very next day and asked for refund . They say will deduct ₹3000 as charge for refunding and transfer google pay ,I agreed .
It’s been 10 days and they are not replying . I am calling 10-15 times each number they gave . They do not reply anywhere in WhatsApp,Instagram or phone call.
A guy name Kunal is there and a guy with title Sachdeva is there .
Bottom line : they are scammers and if you buy something you end up loosing your money.
I m going to lodge complaint against them.

They refused to accept this thing.
Be aware guys!! Don't waste your money on buying phones from them. They are cheaters.

Before purchase i've used to watch many videos from delhi market including phone box.... the best deals always provided with the phone box. After my long thoughts because of bad reviews, anyhow i'd like to purchase with phone box. Then full amount paid and get the shipping invoice same day itself .product delivered with shiprocket service.got in 5 days. There is a little punch on 1 corner.thats it. They said me 92bh but 99 was there. And also its got backup more than 48hrs without usage or turning off everything until 50%....(PFA) so the conclusion is dont judge only with somebody's bad review... you can trust them...if they intent to cheat, dont worry our new india is fully equipped for all citizens in each and every corner .so consumers rights always be previlaged.as per my experience phone box are greatly genuine and the best "DEAL"ers.. Deals ka baap????✌??
