β β β β β I have been going to this place since it opened its doors in Jaipur. Pilates is of course an excellent exercise tool for body and mind. The team here led by Disha- Mahi, Sammy, Duleep and Shelly make the experience better. Even in group classes, they pay meticulous attention. More so, they customise the schedule and exercise according to what each individual body requires.
Highly recommended! It is worth the money.
