β β β β β Amazing place ... lovely ambiance and super cool yet experienced trainers!! I joined Pilates post my surgery when My total body strength was absolutely low as well as my stamina.
Itβs been 8 months now and what a change this studio has brought in me. it has helped me gain my strength back ... my core strength has improved. Wish to be the Pilates girl now?

β β β β β My journey with the Pilates Studio started 4 months back. Before joining them, I have never done exercise in my life. Although a doctorate, doing exercise was a rocket science to me throughout my life. After joining Pilates Studio, I felt amazing that I also can do exercise. It is like winning a jackpot. Clear step by step instruction with passion is what I feel which led me to never stop the exercise. I am on my weight loss journey and I am thoroughly enjoying it.
Also I had been suffering with severe pain in my right shoulder for the past 14 years which worsened last year where I was not able to lift even a pencil sometimes. Now I can easily lift 15 pounds with the same hand.
One more medical condition where my left knee used to be very painful because of weak muscles around the knee. Now no more knee pain.
I feel absolutely amazing and feel blessed to find such an awesome place where I feel highly accomplished even more than earning my Ph.D
I enrolled my kids who are 15 and 11 years old.

β β β β β Super happy with my experience. Worked out for two months. Trainer is great, detailed and very focused. Environment was very clean and sanitised. Crowd, whenever I went, was only women so it was nice to have a feminine space (although men can join too!!!)

β β β β β . I was not sure what to expect the first time I tried Pilates but pilates put me at ease right away. Theyβve helped me adapt movements to my level but also to push myself during each workout. The instructors at the studio give individualized attention no matter the class size ensuring an injury-free session and push me to go further beyond while not compromising my form. The best part is that Iβm having a great time while Iβm there unlike the other forms of workout Iβve tried my hand at which more often than not were tedious and not as appealing as Pilates. Through engaging in regular Pilates sessions, the instructors have helped me manage my issues through proper muscle engagement, postures and proper breathing. (who knew one could breathe the wrong way ?) Within a few weeks of starting Iβve started noticing positive changes in my posture, and how healthy fit and flexible I feel. Iβm so appreciative of the work that Iβve done with the help of the instructors and all the improvements Iβve seen in myself and vow to stay committed to being at Pilates for a long time.

β β β β β I always wanted to do Machine Pilatesβ¦ I had done floor Pilates in the past but this was a different experience all together. It has helped me to tone and feel a lot better about my body. Aahana is always there β¦ whatever time you message β¦ she replies and tries to help with the session schedule etc. Machine set up , ambience , cleanliness is great at the studio and trainers are very very good β¦ they push you to do better every timeβ¦ I really love coming and working out here.

β β β β β A happy space with lot of positively. Great trainers and focused training. Trainers help you stay focused on your goal and be an accountability partner in your journey chasing it.
The team is always available to assist, prompt and responsive. I feel like personalized attention is given to each client and their respective needs and goals they come with.
Thank you for helping me stay committed to this wonderful form of workout which I never knew could be equally enjoyable.
