I have visited and ordered several times from this restaurant since its opening. But I wasn't really satisfied with my recent visit. To begin with, when there is any occasion or rush the staff isn't trained to manage, you have to wait for a long to get the food. In my opinion, the service isn't good. Coming to the food quality, it has become worst in the recent days. It seems like they just add ketchup to the gravy. The cost you are paying for the food doesn't seem worth it. It's expensive. After all, these things may be dynamic, you may not experience them. But I did and gave the feedback to the owner and guess what, the owner didn't respond to my feedback. I think he is quite satisfied with his service and doesn't really care about the customer feedbacks. Overall the experience was pathetic and I'm not gonna visit this place again.

It has really nice ambience! But the taste of food and its price needs to be compromised a bit

The ambience was descent and the food prices were reasonable. The food was descent except the gravy items, red sauce pasta and chicken chilly was a waste. Mango Shake, Hakka noodles, wai wai bhel was good. Veg momo was average. They charged extra for pool games which was understood for the cheap prices of food. The worst part was staff behaviour, literally I would never visit this place again for this particular reason. We were two people meeting after a long time hence were ordering in gaps so we have time to talk and also we don't sit without ordering. Our bill was over 1000, and we were neither troubling others, nor the cafe was full but they had to come to us and ask us to leave as they quote "you are sitting for a very long time". That's what cafes are supposed to be for I guess. Also we weren't sitting there for free, and even if they had some strict rules they could have politely asked us to leave. He was extremely rude as he came prepared to fight with you. Really bad. Spoiler The whole experience. For the time being we were there only two groups visited the cafe, one was us and the other came for a quick snack and went. The whole cafe was empty, we didn't order water bottle and clicked photos, we didn't make noise, there wasn't anything they were doing especially for us. But still they had to ask us in such a tone to leave. We didn't like chicken chilly and red sauce pasta but we didn't say a word, simply thought it to be a bad day. Plz learn some manners and hospitality. I came first time in Kishanganj and this spoiled my whole mood. My friend had an argument with the staff which was completely justified. If you are looking for a place to chill and relax plz don't visit here.
