★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Talking about overall experience with Professional Courier, they should change their name to Unprofessional Courier. Pathetic service I ever came across, no response on any telephone numbers, no online track of the consignment. And they have returned the courier to the destination without informing us. It doesn't even deserve one star. Horrible management.....
