Worst ever
It took 1 week for my courier from ahmedabad to pune
And that to i had to go to their shop for the pick up of my parcel...

Plz guys don't use the professional courier they are just fooling us even I gave them my parcel on 7 in the morning yet it is not reached ..
I have no idea where my parcel is ...
I don't wanna give 1 star also but it's least ...
Just don't use any the professional courier ..

They don’t care about you or have no business ethics.
Medicines sent on 14 April from Pune to Shirur haven’t reached the patient after almost 2 weeks!
The person at the counter had said that they will deliver it next day!
After visiting them 5to6 times and numerous calls, no one could know where the parcel was!
Neither no one had contacted us.
The people at the counter are arrogant and continue to watch mobile phone videos when you are at their shop!
They charge you double, don’t deliver and are clueless and rude!
Planning to file a complaint in the consumers forum and police.
Do not ever visit!

They are not able to deliver courier for weeks.. for very short distance couriers.
All contact no. including contact number mentioned on receipt & no. Provided by this courier person doesn't even exist.
