And you have delivered the parcel after a week since it reached your office. Sorry to say this, but you can render a great service just by shutting down. Very upset with your service

No one is picking up call & no one knows where is consignment reached. Only saying it's in transit since last 5 days. Bangalore to Indore they are taking more than 5 days time for delivery. In future I will never use their serviceds.

They have no responsibility to deliver important parcel reached destination but not delivered even after three days when the place is around 3 km from their service point. Advised abhor and avoid this pathetic service.
