★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unprofessional and useless courier service ever seen in my life. I sent 16 packets of household goods last month from Vaishali and received 16 packets in Varanasi. Every packet was handled so carelessly that each and every item other than clothes were found broken and damaged. It seems this professional couriers is not a courier service but a 'Tod Phod expert agency'. Suffered a loss of more than 50000. Moreover no response or revert from them. Very bakwas service.

Dont u have any redponsibility. Ek call back karna jaruri nhi smjhta. Request regional or any other active manager to talk to me now plss. Its urgent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service,I have to travel and collect by taxi as they refused to deliver ,just saying that they don't do delivery ???I mean if they don't serve that area ,they should not accept the courier for delivery.very very Unprofessional courier.should change there name

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless service.This is the fourth time my family is sending through professional courier from kerala as they have a good service there.But every time I have to fight with them to deliver my packet.Such irresponsible people. Its almost 2 weeks and they haven't delivered. I really don't understand after getting such worst reviews why the concerned authorities are not taking any action against such irresponsible people. It's better to close the office or change all the staff.Ghaziabad professional courier service is the most unprofessional. Want to give zero rating but no option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Won't give even a single star but I had to give something to review, so ran out of options. First of all they won't tell you the places they don't deliver and process your courier. Then they would expect the person to go pick it up. Don't expect getting any call. You're on your own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The address has been changed from mukand nagar location ghaziabad location to meerut road near by reliance petrol pump but not updated on website and google. Parcel got delivered in 3-4 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery agent don't want to deliver at my location. I provided him two other locations but he denied to deliver their too. The area near Ghaziabad junction railway station is outer for these people.
Contacted customer care they have no interest listening to your problem.
Delivery agent didn't care about the complainant because customer care will not register your complaint.
Customer care people doesn't care about the company or the customer either. Just they are alike "kahi se bhi complaint Karo, packet deliver ho ya na ho, feedback kharab do...bas hame dobara call mat karo".
