my company pan card is delivered at their office.
I waited for 4/5month and then goes to office.
Office person(lady) told me that they dont deliver the pan card at he amd even don't inform also.
Exprience 2
Science Olympiad send my daughters book by this courier 10 days back and it delivered today . And delivery person said that delivery was there in thier office may be from 2 /3 days,
We hsve less staff,, so delivered today.
No promp service and no care for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Very Bad. They don't deliver the parcel on given address. Instead they advised & treated me like a traffic personal to visit their branch office. Further the main office personal didn't give proper message & service. Today I have collected my parcel in person from office under protest. I wish to take legal action because of physical & mental harrasment, delay in service and not delivering my parcel at my given address.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery person should contact before returning the parcel/envelope (here the person lied that he called and I didn't responded.....but I didn't receive any call from him.I had to go to HO and take my parcel.office person behaviour was good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged Rs.200 for a single piece of paper which was supposed to be delivered from Panvel to Aurangabad the next of dispatch and was delivered late. Not recommended to send your couriers through this company
