They will try to call you on given number
If number is not correct or not reachable they will not deliver your parcel even if the adress is very clear and if they try they can easily find out the given address.
If address is not clear and number is not reachable it's okay to return the parcel back.
But if adress is very clear but number is not reachable atleast they should try to deliver at given address.
