β β β β β Had worst experience with the courier person. he just refused to deliver my package and arrogantly told that if i want the package i should come to collect the package to their courier office as they are not going to deliver it. very much apposite to their name these people are highly unprofessional and have no sense of talking to customers. please chose some other good rated courier company and save yourself from these bunch of scammers.

β β β β β The name of this courier is nothing but am irony...the most UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE they are provided. They will charge you extra for urgent delivery but it will never delivered at promise time...And what to say about their customer service..
OMG!!! Your complaint will be register through their portal...but jo one will call you...and if you will call no one will receive you...so if you have any urgency go for some really professional like DTDC AND OTHERS...NO to this unprofessional service provider where your money will be a waste and you will find helpless when the courier will be delayed.

β β β β β A very professional courier company. They are best for Kerala. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Rates are on par with other big couriers. They deliver earlier than their promised time especially to Kerala
But for other destinations there are other courier companies who deliver earlier and have cheaper rates.
All in all a good experience

β β β β β I was supposed to receive my courier on 8th or 9th October. But it was not till 11th Oct. I call up the Kanjurmarg office. Mr. Pande manger told me it is delivered yesterday. That day whole kanjur mkt was closed. I followed it. At last I got it today at 4pm after my follow up. When I talk to Mr pande, he says ΰ€ΰ€°ΰ₯ ΰ€ΰ€ΰ€ͺΰ₯ΰ€²ΰ₯ΰ€ΰ€ ΰ€Ήΰ₯ΰ€‘ ΰ€ΰ€¬ΰ₯ΰ€Έΰ₯.
