★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service, do not send parcel through their service, they will not deliver your courier, and will ask you to come to their office to pick up your courier, every other courier like ekart, delhivery, bluedart are better, do not send your parcel. Total waste of money by sending through professional couriers, wasted my entire day, I had to finally pick the parcel since the parcel was important to me, their employee Mr. Das is TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, he gave me the reason saying that the area is unserviceable, which is unacceptable because major brands deliver at the said area
