★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic & low grade quality courier service. My parcel was dere for 4 days & these morons are asking me to collect from their office. And not ready to deliver on my address after charging huge for parcel, which is around three n half km from there office. Am not gonna use this courier in future. Actually I wanna make rate them negative but you guys r lucky coz of Google

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent a shipment to Vellore and was told it would reach in 3 days. The shipment had only reached Chennai after 3 days. On callong the branch, the lady tolde that I should call the Chennai branch where the consignment is stuck and her responsibility ends as she dispatched it from Pune. Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. Never trust Professional couriers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please dont use their service. They are the exact opposite of the word Professional. My already delayed courier arrived at their three days back and still I have not received it. And when I called them they said they have no idea and asked me the parcel size becouse big ones go for delivery only once a week. But my parcel was small and still not delivered. The worst was when i was given a number by them to call the delivery boy, but he also didnt have the courier. Now I have been told it will be delivered soon. I hope they go bankrupt and shut down they are completely useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faltu courier service. Never Use this service. Instead of this Indian speed post is best. If you have any problem regarding your courier no one will respond to you . Instead they will block. I have send parcel from Pune to Kota on 23 November and the person told me that it will reach on 27 November but it has been 6 days i didn't receive , also I tried calling them but they told it is not our responsibility , we have send the package also the customer service has switch off this phone and when I try calling the manager he give only excuses. ONE OF THE MOST WORST SERVICE OF INDIA. THEY SHOULD BE BANNED AND BLACKLISTED. THEY JUST FOOL PEOPLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The name is Professional but there is nothing professional about their service. I booked a parcel from Mumbai to Pune on 6th May 2019 but even on 11th May 2019 it remain undelivered. After trying for 3 days, the local franchise picked up the call only to tell me that he cannot let me know when he will deliver because there is some issue with delivery people at his end. I had to ultimately go to their shack of an office myself and collect the parcel myself. They didnt even have the courtesy to call me up and tell me that the parcel will be delayed. Would suggest you use local courier companies instead of getting fooled by these big names.
