The way of dealing with customer is of sheer arrogance,they do not know how to talk to people.Always reluctant to deliver the courier at your address.....I don't know why they have opened a service they can't do that. My parcel was conpletely damaged on recieved which they tookno responsiblity off.The person communicating with me ( Abhinash rode)was extremely rude and in co operative.If you are a resident in karad or a student or just want to recieve a parcel from this service you will have to go through a living nightmare??
