An urgent Courier from navi Mumbai to Jaipur on Express service, which is supposed to be deleverd on Monday 29th November, but not deleverd until 1.12.2021.
I have a question to the directors of company.
1.why it is accepted in Mumbai, when you have no service to said area?
2.what is the fun to pay Express service charges for horrible service(is it not a cheating)
