★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very good service. I dont prefer them. They dont bother to send our package door delivered. Its our responsibility to track, go and collect the package. Always same answer. Delivery boys not available. Very poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services of Professional courier at Machilipatnam is worst. I have bad experience with them recently. A finance company sent me a DD through the courier booking on 12th September 2020 and it reached Machilipatnam on 15 September and the company did not inform me. Due to kovid communication is poor from the company. The company gave me information on 27-10-2020 that DD was couriered. The consignment was lying at courier facility for nearly six weeks without delivery. When I personally visited the office then only responded and delivered it next day after locating the envelope. The courier neither informed nor delivered the consignment till I personally contacted them . The courier never delivers the consignment and simply informs over the phone about receiving of the item and asks to collect the consignment from the facility. In past also he used to behave as the same way but I never yielded and insisted for door delivery. I don't understand how and why people tolerate such high handedness. They always give excuses of not having sufficient delivery boys and this is happening for past two years. I tried to complain to the company regarding operation of the franchise but the system has some bugs. Request customers to take a serious view and take action. Every one should note that charges paid to the courier company are inclusive of delivery to home /office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience.. even one star rating is a very high rating for them. I used this courier service couple of times. They don't call you when your package is reached to machilipatnam and don't update in tracking aswell. When we go to the office to ask them about the courier they ask us to come some other day as their staff is busy. More over they say that 1 km is too far for them to deliver at home even after paying for their premium . The prices are also too high compared to other courier services.
