★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with their services. More over I called at 8 pm mistakenly just because I didn’t knw about their timing the person who picked up call was drunk and talking in abusive language. This shows their level of professionalism. ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their name should be changed to 'The Unprofessional Couriers'.
I've been waiting for my courier to be delivered since the past 23 days.
Every day you call them they say it will be delivered today and then they switch their phone off.
I'd say pay 10 ₹ extra for a better courier service but never opt for these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience with this particular station of professional couriers at Connaught Place
I had sent some important documents that needed to be delivered..For nearly a week I tried contacting everyone from the station head to the Corporate office and everytime the answer was that it would be delivered within 1hr. I ended up Using Wefast to pick up the courier from the station and deliver to the intended place which was not even 1km from the station.

I mean from here all post/couriers of company "Professional couriers" are distributed to small local professional courier offices/agents in Connaught place area for further delivery.
