★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to courier a parcel from home to Dhanbad. Mode of transporting was by air. It took 3 weeks to reach dhanbad. The staff at their dhanbad office called to locate me.. But when I confirmed my location, they said there is no delivery for them to my location. The item was neither delivered nor returned back.
Very poor service and customer value.. !!!

My parcel dispatched from Coimbatore , Tamil Nadu in 05-04-2021 and they are keeping or I don't know where it is, still today not delivered in Dhanbad ,Jharkhand.
Worst service ever I seen ....
Please don't trust Professional courier service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst courier service I ever faced. These guys never bother about your time and priority. No door to door service as well. I have packed some chocolates to send and they committed to send it within 2 days by flight and charged also high. After many phone calls from our end they finally said we got the chocolates at destination, come and pick. They took 18 days to deliver. I will suggest to carry your belongings by yourself rather to hire these guys.
