★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irony must have died a hundred times when such a pathetic courier service was named "The Professional Couriers". This the worst you can get by any mean possible and believe me, no one would ever choose it as a courier option if they are in their senses or are innocent enough to be misguided by someone.
Even this is the last option available never choose it. You would regret it for all your life. No customer support, no timely delivery, false claims, you name it and they have the way to cheat. Stay away from them,if there was a option of negative rating they would be the winner's for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor service at Muzaffarpur . They simply keep the parcel and not go to deliver . Finally parcel receiver has to struggle to get his parcel from office. This courier services at this station is very bad . Strict action should be taken against staffs at this office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, this person charge me prices of blue dart and sent my shipment thru shree maruti services. Very poor service..i hv goven him some urgent parcels on 17.11.2020 and today is 23.11.2020 and no tracking information on shree maruti website. And this peraon not even corncerned about it..he is just hanged up my calls again and again ...he is creating scam in the name of blue dart. Do not trust him he looted me 600 rs. And parcels are missing.

I had posted a parcel in their courier and they have reached to the city where there company is in given time but they were not ready to deliver the to receivers address even taking 10 days. When i had called the courier company they say sorry u have to come to the company to take parcel and also there communication is very rude.
