★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was unable to answer the courier guys call so i was asked to pick the parcel from courier office. I informed them that as it was raining heavily i will pick it later on however, I was informed that the parcel would be sent back tomorrow. As the courier guy had to deliver at another location I had to wait for 10 min in heavy rain for the courier guy to give me my parcel. Normally a courier company needs to be aware of the location where they deliver also they need to attempt delivery for atleast 2 days but this did not happen. Very unprofessional behaviour.
