★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rudest behaviour by the staff. They don’t even know how to talk to the customers. Pathetic! Whatever may be the reason for delivering one parcel 4 days ago and not able to do another now can be understood/accommodated. The way these people responded and provided the information is just rude and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad behaviour. The lady named Vaishali calls and talks rudely about telling you to pick up your courier. Even their manager is very rude. He picks up your call and doesn’t talk for over 15 mins. Their phone is continuously busy for more than 2 hours. PATHETIC PEOPLE! Worst experience.

Also, last time these people tell we can't deliver and receive from their office what the hell???? Is this ourselves job to receive packages why are paying to you. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly disappointed. Many points to rate lower than three stars.
1] The receptionist was having a bad cold and cough and was still attending the customers herself without wearing a mask for the complete time.
2] The parcels were not packed as they asked for heavy amounts of money for their packing. They assured that the packages would reach their respective locations without any damage. turns out, both envolopes were damaged at the time of delivery at their resepective destinations.
Won't recomment this place to anyone for their courier needs.
