★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service. Irresponsible people. They just dont care to answer u neither do they deliver ever on time. They kept my parcel in their local office for 3 days but didnt bothered to deliver. I had to go personally n collect my parcel.
I strongly recommend to never use this waste courier service.

Worst service. Arrogant and ignorant staff. Didn't receive the courier even after 2 weeks and staff doesnt even bother to answer iif we contact them. Planning to move legally as i ve lost an important document.Never trust these morons

Many time my courier is return and sender call me then I know parcel is returned by professional courier.very poor service boycott professional courier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never deliver the parcel on time . Either they will deliver the parcel weekly or will phone to collect the parcel. When you reach their office. It will be closed . It is run single hand it seems . They will neither lift the phone. You have to just wait and watch , you are totally on courier mercy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class service, for 200 km parcel it's take 8 days still pracel not arrived since last 8 days... tracking system also bakwas...pls don't go this service other wise u will be in trouble...my parcel was lost...no one is responding from professional curriers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class service. Specially satpur office. Need to change name "Professional" to "Unproffesional". Never pick up call. Never call back. Very rude in nature. Many times not delivered parcel to customers location and ask to customers for pick up parcel. They show two mobile numbers on there shop board and google map but one number is permanentaly off. And one who BSNL number was never recieved. Never ask to consignee to use this company.
