Highly unprofessional they dont even call or receive calls.
Shouldn't rate 1star also

Kept the stuff courier for days.. And not even called or manage on-call.. At least they SHD had informed to the courier place to collect it from their place. My delivery done on 10th July got it in26th July. Uninformed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really professional, imean I had used it to send 2kg parcel to UK, I din know there are soooo many things you cannot parcel, not just that,everything u buy,it should b company packed...
If u want to send items in a cheap rates and send as much things as possible,pls dnt use this..
But if u send the package safely reaching to destination would b confirm,so for that 3⭐️

My parcel was lying in koparkharine office past 6 days,without any attempt to deliver at my place
Sad part is the office is at 2 min distant from my place
They had not even updated in the system so when I was tracking the courier it was showing me kurla office
When I visited the office to collect my parcel
On confronting the staff he said updating the records on system is manager jobs who was not available
So anyone waiting for their parcel plz call customer service to check the status becoz these ppl dont even update the system so tracking becomes more difficult
