★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are liars , they telling we had gone for delivery but the office had closed down ,upon checking it was found tht office awas working till 8.30 pm ...this happened with kashimira professional office and the guy was also very rude and arrogant to talk .upon asking why the courier sent from vasai to mira road (sent on saturday evening not delivered till Tuesday 1.45 pm), he replies have u ever done a courier before ??... professional courier should change their name to unprofessional courier .

I wanted to deliver something within Mumbai.
I called up the Professional courier guy a day before going to their office. He asked me to come with the parcel and he would get it delivered to the nearest professional couriers office of the Destination.
I agreed to it.
Next day i went to the office the guy who spoke to me on the phone said it would take 10days to deliver within mumbai.
Firstly this was shocking to me.
Secondly he said we dont have any parcel envelope you will have to get the parcel ready from your home.
He asked me to get the envelope from a store nearby,However that store was closed.
At the end i got the parcel back and it is at my home.
This is very unprofessional from the Professional couriers team who call them self Professional couriers. GOD KNOWS WHY ??.
