★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not Happy so much, Due to lockdown courier executives are not working so not getting home delivery. Need to go office to collect the parcels.. Long queue I waited more than a hour.. Manpower problem only 2 person were handling the work of 6 persons..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Courier rates are too damn high. 100 rs for national shipping when you can easily go for cheaper options that offer the same or better service. Also, this specific branch (Masjid Bunder) only accepts the item if it's wrapped in a specific material called bardaan which is absolutely ridiculous. One of the staff members (old one that sits on front desk) is rude too.

I changed my 3 stars to 1 star because this is simply ridiculous. I had sent my package 7 days ago to Delhi from Mumbai and it's still not received. They aren't even picking up their phone I've called them five times now. Screenshot attached. You want my advice? Go for any courier but this one.
