★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a negative rating, I would have done so. We chose Professional Couriers because in my native place their service record has been excellent. However in Delhi, the service has been downright abysmal. Horrible customer care - the worst I've ever interacted with. No sense of timely delivery. It has been five days since my package reached their Mahipalpur office, it's still not been delivered. Their staff/managers are so laid-back, clueless, indifferent and uncoordinated with no sense of respect for the customer.
