★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Public Co. is located on the 1st floor of Satra Plaza in Vashi. This place has an amazing ambience and a variety of food options to choose from. My order was :
¶ Beverages
• Fresh Pineapple Charcoal Colada The best drink and the best presentation. Beautifully carved Parrot from Pineapple. The drink is Dark Grey in Color and is a combo of Pineapple & Coconut Milk.
• Peppery Black : This has a salted rim and the drink has a very good taste. Tasted more like a Cranberry Juice.
¶ Appetizers
• Bajra Nachos : Nachos made from Bajra Flour, served in glass. Prepared nicely as you can't get the difference between bajra and corn flour.
• Veg Puff : Deep fried dish with Med-Spicy stuffing in it, served with House special sauce.
• Szechuan Cheese Balls : This is an amazing dish to order as the presentation and the taste is unique. Huge Deep Fried balls served on top of Shot Glass with Szechuan Sauce in it.
• Redang Cottage Cheese : This is a Paneer dish, and the Marination was a bit sweet, and that gravy had coconut in it.
¶ Mains
• Paneer Makhni Canneloni : This can be called as a Lasagna Roll, as the Lasagna sheets are used and the Paneer is stuffed into that Canneloni.
• Veg Paprika : The paprika sauce is served with the rice and the potato mash.
¶ Desserts
• Saif's White Chocolate Sizzling Brownie with Chocolate Sauce : Now this was something new, White brownie with Ice Cream on top and the Chocolate sauce is poured on it.
• Nutella Chocolate Fondue : This has Nutella and Chocolate as the fondue and has bread, watermellon and oreos as the sides.
Overall : Excellent❤️

Very Spacious place with extremely beautiful ambiance. Seating arrangement was perfect ith amazing cushion.
Staff was helpful and even the Manager was kind enough to serve us.
I loved the atmosphere inside and the time spent there was really worth.
In Drink we had :
1) Peppery Black - Perfect blaend or peppery falvour & Kala khatta.
2) Spicy Peru - One of the best Spicy Guava i ever had.
3) Vodka Blast
4) Basil Mojito - was very refreshing and sweet.
Coming to Food we Ordered -
1) Charcoal Chicken Nachos - balcked Colour nachos, Served in a Martini.. loved the taste.
2) Bajra Chicken Nachos - This had a half Fried egg on the top and Chicken nachos at the base, it was delicious.
3) Grilled Chicken Brown Sauce - Tried this for the 1st time and you gonna love it. This was the best.
4) Pan Fried Chicken - Spicy,perfectly Marinated and cooked.
In Dessert, Chocolate Brownie with White sause was the thing I tried for the first time and totally loved this. It was so good.. a must try dessert.

i ordered..
?️charcoal chicken nachos : this was something different. i tried this for the first time and i totally loved it.
?️nachni nachos veg : even this was new to me. taste was absoultely amazing. and nachos were very crispy.
?️chicken sunny side nachos : nachos were presented in glass. presentation was really good with all yummy stuffing. there was half fried egg on top.
?️charcoal pizza veg : if you are a pizza lover u will definately love it. pizza was very tasty and amazing.
?️redang cottage chese : the paneer was well marinated and taste was absoultely amazing.
?️saifs white chocolte sizzling brownie : must try dish. it was very yummy.
?️peppery black : drink was well presented. presentation was really good and taste was fabulous.
?️ginger rose : it was basically a mixture of ginger and rose and i loved it..
must visit❤

Ambience - Ambience of the place is really cool with beautiful graffiti art, decors and interiors. Dim lights gives the place a beautiful look. Amazing music makes the place more happening.
Staff is polite and friendly with great attitude. Served me very well.
Service - Service is prompt.
They have designed menu properly with variety of cocktails and mocktails to choose. They have great variety of startersband mains as well.
Tried couple of cocktails and mocktails. Loved the taste and presentation.
Recommends
Italian ritzy - vodka based cocktail, sweet and refreshing.
Cranberry punch - super amazing, loved the taste.
Tried both veg and non veg starters they were super amazing and tasty.
Recommend - Cheese chicken seekh kebab

For Main course had
grilled chicken with brown sauce - rice, grilled chicken with BBQ sauce and boiled veggies loved the taste.
Chicken paprika - rice, chicken souted in paprika sauce and boiled veggies tasted super delicious.
For dessert had white chocolate sizzling brownie it was beautiful and delicious.
Overall had a great experience, beautiful Ambience, presentable and delicious food and amazing drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb place. Excellent Ambience, Delicious Food and top class music this place have it all. Service is prompt with staff very very courteous. Place is not so big but good enough for a small party. There are offers like 1+1 or 2+1 currently on drinks. Must appreciate the food presentation and taste. Mostly European with mix of Asian and American items but preparation is perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated at Vashi, The Public Co is a casual dinning bar serving up some authentic and unique continental n Mexican cuisine.
It's a good place to hang out with friends and colleagues on a Friday night. The ambience here is quite good with lovely dim lights and spacious seating. They have a big decorative bar and play all the latest tracks which gets you in the party mood.
They food her is amazing. They serve unique eats like charcoal infused dishes which is so tasty. We tried a couple of starters here
# Chicken charcoal Nachos - so tasty n oozing with cheese (must try)
# Chicken sunny side Nachos
# Chicken Puff - filled with chicken mince and deep fried
# Charcoal chicken skewers - this was charcoal chicken mince wrapped around a whole lot of cheese
# Chicken meatball
# Chicken cheese kebab
# Carbon chicken taco s
We also ordered their Chicken Paprika which was delicious....soft chuck s of chicken which Spicy fragrant rice and chili tangy gravy which complimented the dish really well.
There cocktails and mocktails were also lovely. We tried there

# Charcoal pineapple Pina colada
For desert we had their Nutella Chocolate Fondue which came with a oreo fruits cubes n bits of bread. Perfect desert to end your meal.
There presentation also unique and looked really good. Friendly staff. Very good place 2 visit. Would definitely recommend

I went to this place few days back with my bestie and we really enjoyed the ambiance with cricket match on display and soothing music was played in the background which gives you a feeling of mid week dinner date ?
Let me tell you about food because the chef came up with such a new concept of carbon nachos with minced chicken on the top of it. And being a cheese lover he suggested me to have another whole grain nachos which was topped with cheese ? while writing itself I can feel the taste of it.
I had tried:
1. Chicken carbon nachos
2. Nachos with beans
3. Saif's white chocolate sizzling brownie
4. Chicken Kebabs
5. Chicken sizzlers and many more dishes
Service is so nice and they will suggest for the best dishes as per your food taste and even the cocktails are so smooth and you can make it hard as well.
