Restaurant serves authentic mughlai cuisine in fine fine format. Menu curated by master chef Vasant in style, well thoughtful menu for sure.
The restaurant has see through kitchen so you can enjoy what chef's are doing through the glass. It was a perfect evening where live Indian classical music played by masters. The song selection of them were so excellent and matching mood of the evening.
Menu has few but best dishes. The flavour balancing was done at best possible way. Portion size and Plating was done it in style. They welcomed us with mocktails like masala chaas and shikanji.
YAKHANI SHORBA- Traditional meat shorba with the touch of saffron and much needed creaminess.
MUTTON GALOUTI KEBAB - Mutton kheema mixed with other authentic Indian flavours and then shallow fried.one of the most classical dish of the Indian cuisine.
BUKHARA MURGH KABAB - Boneless chicken chunks marinated in Indian spices mainly staranise and red chilli paste, then cooked in the tandoor. Really tender chicken was done so well. Loved it.
TULSI MALAI PANEER HARI MIRCH TIKKA - Paneer was marinated in mint, basil and coriander and further cooked in the oven.
MURGH BEGUM BAHAR - Yellow based gravy cooked with thick chunks of chicken and topped with grated process cheese. Gravy was medium spicy and had thick consistently. Loved it.
MUTTON ROGAN JOSH- Great color and consistency to the gravy and well cooked Mutton. It was going great with olive naan which was served.
DAAL MEHJABEEN - Black lentil slow cooked , little sweet due to corn paste and then finished creamy with hint of kasturi methi.
KESARI BADAM PHIRNI- A perfect dessert to end the delicious meal, enough sweet and just perfect.
