★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, had purchased 2 suits through custom tailoring for my wedding. Had to give 7 trials for a more than a months time. None of the 2 suits were of my fitting and apart from that neither of the 2 suits were of same size though both of them were supposed to be of same size.
The tailor gave me a good solution for their mistake, he asked me to wear one of the suit for wedding which supposed to be worn for the reception because the other suit was completely messed up.
He said he would deliver the other suit to my reception hall in evening on my wedding day. They have completely messed my wedding suits and my time. The area manager Deepak agarwal and the store manager also ignoring the issue.
Neither the customer care has any responsibility towards the complaint nor the area manager.
Again Raymond thanks for ruining my wedding suits and the harassment of making me visit your store for several trials.
Hope some of the senior management officials read this and give me some solutions, since I have paid 33k for this messed up suits.
If there were negative star rating I would have gone for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this particular outlet on 2nd November 2016 @ around 9 pm. we were really disappointed with the salesman who attended us. He was highly insensitive, rude towards our queries. We came here to checkout few options like suits and jodhpuri /band gala for our wedding reception. We asked this salesman to show us a 44 size jodhpuri for trial after which only one can decide to go ahead and give it for stitching ...but to my shock he was reluctant to show and kept on emphasizing that it wont FIT ...which I feel one individual can decide it for him/herself. he even mentioned that it might get torn ...so my question to him was IS THE RAYMOND STICHING QUALITY SO BAD that it can get malfunctioned on trial ? to which he did not have any answer ! it was highly annoying as we had visited this outlet just 2 days back and a female had attended our queries in a much professional manner.
I will request the management of this shop to please look into this matter seriously as we could have gone to a bigger and better outlet which is located at Cadbury junction...I will definitely not recommend anyone to visit this particular outlet.

Relatively less collection on Readymade Shirts. Available varieties are exclusive.
Very Good collection of Men's accessories like belts, ties etc..
Price for accessories appears to be slightly costlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a 3 piece suit here. The tailor Mr Shaikh is really good. Now I'll tell you the procedure they carry out when you stitch a suit over there. First of all, they note down our measurements in their web based app. Particularly if you have customisation in pockets and lapels then do remind them twice as your stitching is done in some other unit (they call it factory) my small pocket was missing out of the blazer so you need to take care that nothing misses out. Other wise Mr Shaikh does his work good maybe there's a problem in their factory stitching.
Once I reached home, I checked the whole suit ( I had to give back my trouser as it was still super tight on thighs ) I found a stained spot on the lapel. I have attached the pics for reference. I mean Raymond's charge you RS 8000/- Stitching cost and at that cost you cannot expect this.
FINALLY I'D SAY THAT YOU BETTER CURATE SOME 150S AUSTRALIAN MERINO WOOL FABRIC AT GOOD PRICE AND GET IT STITCHED FROM A TAILOR WHO IS INTO MAKING SUITS.
