★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Raymond shop outlet is a big shop with lot of options to choose from including raymond owned other brands , the staff is very professional and courteous....just to share that I had been to the shop just as they were about to close but they still attended me ..I could see that the store staff was ready to leave but once they saw me although I was at one section all other staff assumed their section positions untill the time I left the store and not once did they even hint me to hurry up ... Definitely visit this outlet of Raymond's

Taking about raymond staff good reply, polite in behavior..
Ambience is good and huge.....
Location in good but facility is not good...
You will see the clearly this place in moderate traffic.....
wedding cloths are also available... value for money.....
Taking about collection of Cloths is good but worth it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shop of Raymond I have ever seen. Masters(who do stitches) has experience of working on footpath before they started working for Raymond.
They are not able to deliver suite even after 6 weeks.. first attempt of suite was completely screwed by them and they were kind enough to say that “sir we have made mistake and replaced with new order”. This time again they screwed up and worst part - it was worst finished, pocket of pants were of two different style, suite front two sides were of different shape and size. And 1st master was rude… I am finding court case now on them today.
I paid approx 17K for a suite and that’s result. Finally I left my suite in shop only and havae asked them to keep it with them.

Firstly.. they didn't make a bow which was very clearly asked to be made....
And later they refused to get the bow done in time...
After making a huge fuss... The 'tailor' not the manager or staff agreed to make it... But with delivery right on the day of the wedding....
Staff was very rude...
Now for the best part.... They SUIT they gave was completely unacceptable, they ruined it....
I had no other choice other than to accept it... And they blamed my body for being weird and made it really awkward for me....
Did not expect this from Raymond... AT ALL...
Body shaming a customer and blaming them rather than being honest and true...
Sad part is... No one has called or approached me from Raymond... What's there for them? They just lost one customer. Whom they clearly don't value, and all they care about is money
