They allow us to wear our clothes before giving finishing touch to them, and make changes in fitting if necessary before final touch (putting hooks and buttons) .

Only flip side is lack of parking space, have to park on the road, risk of being towed away .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 19 Nov 2021 I went to Raymond WHC road to get one coat stitched and they gave me a handwritten bill of tailoring for Rs 4300/- They did not give me any printed bill and I was given only one handwritten bill- attached in this email. Later their manager mentioned they never give printed bill for stitching to their customer.
Later I went to another branch of Raymond (Shree Mohini Complex, Nagpur). I ordered one coat for stitching there but the charges were only Rs 3600/-
I was surprised by the drastic price difference between Raymond WHC branch & Raymond Shreemohini branch. When I asked Raymond WHC manager about the price difference they mentioned that its Raymond company standard stitching charges. I didn't agree that company prices can be so high. Later their Manager mentioned they can give me 300/- Rs discount (4300 - 300= 4000). But I kept on insisting for same price as I got in Raymond Shree mohini branch.
After lot of argument manager agreed to make the charges as 3600/- Rs for one coat. But they said they dont have stitching code in computer so they will make a random bill showing some other item worth 3600/-. They also asked me to return the handwritten bill of Rs 4300/- with intention of destroying evidence of high stitching charges.
I am totally disappointed with this incidence and lost trust in the way which Raymond operates its stores. I am a regular customer of Raymond but now I feel cheated. I was charged high amounts over many last year's purchases/stitches from Raymond WHC and I was not aware.
Hope you will take appropriate action so that this is not repeated.
PS: Raymond WHC has list of high stitching rates proudly pasted on their stitching counter wall on 1st floor.
