★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a worth: Bad Experience -
1. Stinky (fish) atmosphere all around, even in rooms centralised AC circulates the same odour. Vegetarians/ odour sensitive just cant survive.
2. Ultra over priced Food Menu for Avg. Preparations and Quality.
3. Avg. maintenance level of rooms. Needs a serious revamp. Even TV is not wall mounted, placed on stool. Water leakage (pic also posted)
4. Swimming Pool is full of Birds droppings, Dogs, Crows, Sea Birds and pigeons drink water direct from the pool (pics posted). Hygiene issues may perturb any cautious person.
5. No changing room attached to pool.
6. Buffet is bizzare experience. Very limited 4-5 items.
In short, stay at a self acclaimed 5 Star Resort is always aimed for a rich experience which is not justified herein at a whopping 7 grand per day!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm reviewing this hotel even without staying there. Wish I could rate them with zero stars. The worst front desk/customer support I've seen in my life ever. Totally disconnected from reality and absolutely no communication whatsoever. Would you ever imagine a customer calling a hotel 8 times and emailing them 4 times for booking? That's exactly what I've done so far. Every time I call or I get a email response from them, I receive different communication that is contradictory to the previous one. They have absolutely no coordination between the day and night staff regarding booking. The 8th time I called, I lost my cool to which the support executive said she'll have the reservations manager call me back. This happened two days back and I'm yet to receive that call. Total chaos and unprofessional attitude, and the worst is even after all this ordeal the support executive claims that they're a great hotel and have best in service. Criminal waste of my precious time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hotel. The rooms are big and comfy. Good interiors. Big bathrooms with a tub. 24x7 hot water. A fridge. Good wardrobes.
Issues, as soon as you step out of the lobby, you can smell dry fish. Be it outside the hotel or near the pool area.
The staff is good. Food although expensive, is super tasty.
Hotel does allow liquor and swiggy and Zomato food.
Good place to come and just relax for a night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice resort situated on the madh island. Great Service, Big swimming pool, Club room with Steam Bath, Massage and Games, private exit to public beach available. Food is decent but room service food is available at exorbitant prices which is one of the negatives. Otherwise a good experience staying at the resort

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although an old 5-star resort now, this is still a very nice, well maintained place tucked away at the end of Madh Island, away from the city crowd and noise, yet relatively easily accessible from the city. I've enjoyed my stays over here. The food is scrumptious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Property is very beautiful however here before booking kindly call this property to know if there is any wedding event or not. Because most of time this property booked for Wedding Event and due ro Wedding event you will not get that peace of mind which you expect at such property with such high prices. I don't know who love there food. I found the food taste is very average although price are so high.

Pros-
Big and clean Pool
Easily accessible within city limits
Price
Well maintained lawn and lobby
Cons-
Except inside the hotel, the entire premise has a constant stench of dry fish
Although they boast being a 5 star, the rooms aren’t well maintained. Creaky doors, beds etc.
Most of the channels on the TV do not work due to deactivation
Room service was hideous, took multiple calls and over an hour to get a dental kit
Reception staff is not well trained and lacks courtesy
Food in the restaurant was strictly okay for the price. They charge per a 3/4star hotel but I’ve had better food at local joints. There aren’t any decent restaurants outside considering it is still an island so you’d have to dine-in.
Not a place I’d recommend and certainly not a place I’d wish to re-visit even if they offer it with half tariff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an old property yet good one as it is near the beach. We stayed there for one night and enjoyed the stroll to beach during sunset and sunrise.
Lunch meal was good. The pool section is good and you can enjoy the views from the ocean.
Hotel needs a bit of renovation especially the bathroom area, the gym and recreation area.
