★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The travel company surpassed any other tour experience I’ve had in the past. The field supervisor and driver drove 11 hours to meet me when I first arrived just to reassure me that all was impeccably a organized and that I could rely on the company to provide this level of personal attention. The company presented me with a complete packet that contained hotel vouchers, airline tickets, a map of India, and a pamphlet that detailed my entire trip of 21/2 weeks of extensive travel. I continued to receive personal communication and attention at every step of my trip. As a single older woman traveling alone to India, this travel company took the best care of details to ensure I was well taken care of in terms of safety/providing me with excellent, attentive drivers who spoke fluent English, meeting me at each airport with a company representative who went over next day schedules and provided me with any vouchers or tickets I needed; providing hotels that were works of art in themselves, arranging informative local guides, and giving me a comprehensive tour of India. I learned many details pertaining to various cultures and religions of India as they arranged for me to see several ceremonies. I started at Udaipur and traveled to the border and ended in Dharamshala at the Himalayas. The company did everything to make this memorable journey possible!! I highly recommend them to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I traveled to women only Kutch trip on 18th Dec 2021 with my friends from Kolkata. We booked through The Roomie and they provided us the best package deals. it was Shalu, our travel agent who managed everything from flight tickets to hotel to transfers & sightseeing. It was a tour of 3N4D, Shalu made the itinerary so good that it helped us to cover almost everything worth visiting in Bhuj and kutch. I would like to recommend her travel agency because of the below mentioned:
1. Best Group packages at affordable rates, Provides perfect quotation, no hidden charges or extra commission costs.
2. Responsible, Efficient,Quick Responses, Great management.
3. Amid Covid-19 situation, we have traveled hassle-free, all the necessary steps including Covid test and report collection have been taken care of.
4. We haven't felt worried for 1 second in our entire trip, enjoyed to the fullest.
The roomie is trustworthy, reliable and flexible. They provided us a great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had very bad experience with travel agency (which justifies poor rating). Despite agreed contract for touring in Rann of Kutch and Bhuj for 4 days, the agency gave us poor transport and hotel facilities. There was no proper communication and neither coordination from the agency. On calling them during our trip they were very rude not only to us but to other fellow travellers too. Even harsh language was used by the agency people (Specially Mr. Gaurav). They didn’t follow the itinerary at all and we were only shown/taken to 60% of the mentioned places. Suggesting not to use them as travel agency for your travel plans. Not value for money taken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been on women's only tour of Rann of Kutch. The experience with Roomie has been really pathetic and disappointing, no proper co-ordination and communication. The trip which was planned was supposedly "full moon trip", however we were not taken to Rann of Kutch on full moon night. There were sudden changes done in the itinerary and the food that was served in kutch was cold and not up to the mark. I would not recommend anybody to plan their trips with Roomie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the Rann of Kutch ladies only trip organized by the Roomie, they had picked good places to stay, with clean rooms and decent food. However, they should have done a better job in planning, communicating clearly the itinerary, arranged a better local coordinator and most importantly told us upfront that we would be transported around in a rickety bus and not cabs as we were told earlier! Clarity and transparency on the trip plan was missing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been part of "Rann of kutch women's only trip". Overall experience has been pathetic. Here is the list of issues we faced in the excursion - 1. None of the Roomie representatives were part of the excursion and entire trip was handled by an unprofessional local driver. 2. Most of the itinerary was not covered due to bad planning 3. In case of issues non of the Roomie people were reachable and responsive. 4. As we had made the full payment earlier Roomie professionals never cared much about the travelers concerns and were not reachable most of the Times. 5. Bus was in a pathetic condition, after rain seats and roof top was soaked in water. We really had to adjust with all the uncomfortable situation as most of the women had travelled from all over India. The Roomie professionals are not trained and responsive to handle women's only trip (Any trip for that matter) I would not recommend any women to plan there travel from Roomie. This is the collective feedback of the entire group.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to "Rann of Kutch Women's only trip" organized by The Roomie. I went alone it was sort of Solo Trip for me. First I reached to Bhuj Station in the morning and driver himself called me and picked me from Bhuj Station with other 5 girls they were in group. The arrangements made by The Roomie's were upto the mark. Rooms where I stayed were beautifull Bunga Huts Clean and with all basic Amenities. For 2 Days our stay was in Bhunga Huts. That Places gave me Raw Essence with Mud Huts , Home Made Foods Bajra ki Roti , Ghee, Gur , 2 sabji and Sweet. The staff was very helping and cooperative.
I am cloude Nine because of The Roomie I was able to make my Solo Trip Successfull.
The Driver was very Polite and suggested what should we explore where Should we eat and did his best Job.
Last Day our stay was in Bhuj City in 3D Hotel and there also food served was very tasty and Staff was very helping and Cooperative.
My Experience with The Roomie was Thrilling.
