The front desk incharge Mr Chandan Kumar Thakur is a very corporative person and he really made my stay much better . The management should really be proud of such employee in the organization. Keep it up Mr Chandan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is not according to anybody's expectation according to the price. They calim they are 3 star hotel but the service is of 1 star. On a day when there is more demand of a hotel they will give the same hall to 2 different parties and will earn money. I have never experience same hall given to 2 parties in 2 shifts and asking the first party to finish so that the second party can start their function. Pathetic service is least to say. One more thing they ask for full payment from the client even before the function starts which hotel does that ?? I atleast don't remember any hotel in my experience not even a five star hotel will do that. And food you will get a better food at the roadside cart then in this hotel. My one cent avoid this hotel at any cost.

We booked rooftop for birthday celebration. Below are my observations:
(1) It had bunch of flies and honeybees on terrace.
(2) No fans provided, so if you are booking between anytime from March till October,you might suffer. My family and guests had to suffer due to hot weather.
(3) They ask for complete payment in advance. So if you have doubts about number of guests then don't book here. I had made payment for 60 guests, unfortunately only 35-40 arrived. And by looking at the qty i can easily say they didn't prepare food for more than 50 guests. And they don't refund any amount. (Leftovers were eaten by staffs which is fine).
(4) Biggest problem is that they don't allow decorators from outside. And their decorators are horrible. Pathetic decoration that too delayed by 2 hours and I had to remind the guys what were they missing. Still work was incomplete. And they have someone called event planner who is as irresponsible as he can be. He wouldn't respond to your texts even after 2 days.
(5) Service staffs are well mannered except for 1 guy near food counter(don't remember his name) seemed to be little I'll behaved, rest all were extremely polite specially the two main service providers.
(6) Food taste was good, but somehow it seems their welcome drink had something which makes you bloated and you don't feel like eating your normal diet. (Not sure though).
So as I said, Much cry, less wool. In Hindi i would say, " oochi dukan, fika pakwan". In lesser price you can get much better options. Choose wisely!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed in best of the hotels in India, Royal phular is one of them. Warm hospitality, polity and trained staff, excellent interior and facilities and value for money.
Kudos to Owner Mr Pranay and the team, keep it up guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bitter experience with the staff...The whole staff is very unprofessional and non cooperative..
They just did nothing to make our event smooth.. it was a small and happy family function and our requirements were very basic..but their constant nagging and incapability was making things difficult.
The food was average and not worth the money..
The whole staff was lost had no communication within them and kept troubling us to confirm the things till the very end..
At last would just say that if you deal with people this way,even one star is more.
