★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello there.. This was my 4th time purchasing TVS Scooty Pep Plus (3 Times, 1 Scooty Zest). Just got my new Scooty Pep Plus Special Edition BSVI Today. I had to wait only because I took choice number. Otherwise it would be an early bird delivery. The staff at the showroom is very courteous, friendly, respectful and helpful in nature while booking your vehicle. They helped me with all the paperwork. But a little bit snoozed off at the time of taking the delivery. Don't know why they showed a little bit lack of enthusiasm and interest in the cash and document collection counter. I thought to give 4 stars because they didn't give me any discount on the vehicle. However little bit discount received on accessories. But I got the Lovely color here and the quick process let me in to get this vehicle... Also the showroom needs to update a fixed mobile or landline number because the IVR System only let us hear the music and nobody answers the phone. So I changed my mind and place 5 Stars. But showroom needs to update the same at the earliest. Also showroom should get a Digital Camera for Delivery Pictures because the staff mobiles are not crisp and clear and hence the quality is compromised. Rest all service is very good.. Also get to see the actual color at night time. Thanks for the great service. I will see you soon for 1st Service.
