★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Improveed a lot of in case of test and services. Good test with helping staff all you need in restaurant, which is you can expect here. Nicely maintained and hygienic. Should visit at least one's so that you can compare it with other near restaurants and also not much costly. So go with your friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I ordered Idli Wada separately but idli was fresh but sambhar very spicy inspite of telling less spicy n tamato omlet was not prepared with less tomotoes. In all all items except idli were not good. All are requested not to order from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked this place to organise a family meal for our son's birthday. Visted Shivaay for the first time and the restaurant did not disappoint me or our guests. Whether its Indo-Chinese or humble dal tadka; this place will truly and surely ebdulge your senses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Service was very bad. Had a birthday celebration here recently, but they didn't treat our guests properly.
Very embarrassing situation. Guests didnt get all the food we had done the booking for.
Not all of them got welcome drink or starters even after asking multiple times.
All the agreed food items were not served.
After few times of asking, our guests got irritated and left without having complete dinner. Really embarrassing and insulting situation.
Even the price of all the arrangements were costly. But the service didn't worth a peeny.
I personally don't recommend this restaurant for any kind of party or dinner events.
If you want to get insulted/embarrassed, please go ahead here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was not good. We had birthday party over their the management and servicing is so bad. The manager ruined my big day. We invited our friends in party but management and staff treated my guest so badly. Many of my friends went without having dinner because of their behaviour. I suggest you don't go for any occasion or any normal day to their restaurant. They will do the same thing with you and they will ruined your day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was great. We had paneer chilly, shivaay spl thali, brownie and icecream in dessert. Staff was kind. The only problem we had was with cleanliness. Some tables weren't properly cleaned which made us little uncomfortable while having our food. Still overall experience was nice!
