My wife brought a cloth, but we found a hole on it.
Then, I come here again and ask them to change new one or refund.
They said refund is not acceptable, and they don't have new one, but they will get new one within two days from another store in a Noida.
So, I asked to do so and come here again one week later.
However, I come to know that they haven't communicated with such Noida shop and haven't prepare new one.
They are bad faith and impolite liar.
I waste my time because of them.
They don't provide accurate after service.
They are not accept any refund even for the cloths with a hole, and will not cooperate for preparing new one for exchange.

β β β β β Lovely botanical prints, smaller patterns too, on Mats, runners, bedcovers...single,Queen and Double. The cotton is pure and very durable. They keep beautiful curtains, it's all about the luxury of pattern,design,comfort & colour here. You won't find these prints & colours anywhere else in Delhi....or India. Very English..I love them. Lovely soaps too, packed ever so prettily.
