★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, I wanted a new connection and all they keep doing is passing me numbers of one person or another. None of the staff has full knowledge of what plans they are selling. kept telling me to call this person or that person. Then said, we'll text you a number and I can call there. Yet haven't received that text. Very poor performance. Not valuing your new customers. If zero star was an option, would have given that only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You Guys are awesome . Its been around 4 years I am using your internet without any problem. You promised 20 MBPS but giving me more than 35 MBPS. I never seen such type of provider in life. :)
I highly recommend your service. Owner is really helpful person. I am loving you guys. Thank You Zakir bhai, Akash and team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is nice but they don't understand the meaning of lag, packet loss, chokes, etc. Just knows about restarting the router and checking speedtest. I would never recommend this for gaming or live streaming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cooperative staff and they've installed the wifi too fast. one thing more about the owner that i was having some shortage of money at the time of installation so he asked me to pay later with next month payment. cost in breakup is router- 1300, installation- 500, monthly charge- depends on chosen plan. you can use your own router if you want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. No one cares to cater to your problems. I've been facing issues everyday. For a few minutes everyday the connection is lost, if you're in middle of something important, you might lose all the data. No one picks the phone after 7PM.
Edit: It's been more than 4 hours now and there is no internet connection. They have switched off their phones. Not trustworthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm having so many issues here with this wifi network as i opted this 20 days ago and i cant even complete my 1 meeting without dropping the meeting call 10 times in one meeting... seriously frustrated with this wifi service.
