★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came across the Sofa makers while we were searching online for sofa manufacturers around us. After a lot of research we finalized them. As we couldn't visit their store so we booked a home visit... their response time is quick. Arun came to visit us the same day..they have a wide range of fabric with lots of option which made easier for us to finalize. The overall product came out flawless and the fit and finish is just superb. Thank you so much The Sofa Makers for creating such a beautiful piece for me.

I reached out to them via simple Google search. They immediately contacted back. We spoke and I asked them to come over. Within 4-5 hrs they came in, checked my recliner's condition. Gave me choices (with all details & with transparency) on what I can do. I choose the fabric (there were varieties of options), the price was what I wanted. They took the recliner in next 30 mins, promised me a delivery date (at a different location from pick up, as I was shifting house - at no additional cost). I got regular phone calls with updates and finally the product was delievered 1 day before the promised time. The output was excellent, everything promised in terms of quality, design done perfectly. I would highly recommend their services. Also this entire journey of mine, was handled by a single POC - Arun who is extremely knowledgable, well spoken, professional and courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It all started on a discussion with Arun regarding repair and upholstery of my old sofa.He is very polite ,patience enough to show us all the different fabrics and equally listening to all our requirements and queries. Once deal finalised they delivered the sofa on time as agreed.Before delivery he has been giving us regular update right from dismantling until completion on regular intervals. We are really satisfied with the outcome of our sofa. The look and feel of our new sofa is excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for L shape sofa which can fit to my living room. I visited many places like royaloak, damro, etc...but didn't get exact shape. So I have decided to go for customized one. I got contact of Arun from sofa makers. He visited my place and took measurements and gave good suggestions. I am impressed with the work he is doing very patience, geniune and you will receive day to day work on WhatsApp what material they are using etc... finally I got output what ever I expected. A big Thanks to Arun and his work. Keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have come to know the sofa makers through google search. We called the given number and fixed a slot for home visit. Mr.Arun had checked our sofa and explained clearly about the sofa condition and what we need to do to rectify it. He showed various varieties of material which I didn’t see with other corporate sofa repair people.
Initially I found their quotation was in higher side, but Mr. Arun explained about the cost and quality and warranty of the material convincingly…
They delivered the sofa on time with proper updates… Now my sofa is looking brand new… Their work is fabulous…
I highly recommend the sofa makers and they r trust worthy and very honest….They keep up their word so no need to panic about the outcome…
All the best for the sofa makers and I congratulate them for knowing the value of customer’s emotions towards their sofa..

Arun did a great job in understanding our requirements and helped us in selecting the right fabric. He kept us updated on the progress by sharing pics from workshop as our sofa went through the transformation. Our sofa was delivered in a quick time and on promised date. The initial decided design did not seem the most comfortable to us and when we informed Arun he was most cooperative and helped us get the changes done as soon as possible.
Courteous staff who maintained decorum as they came to collect and deliver the sofa.
