Please find attached an official notification with regards to the pending work and snag list attached (signed) by the flat owners of the respective flats. knowing that your people have started working to solve the problems in the flats but also being noticed that it is not done properly. Many flat owners have done paintings in the walls and now when your people went to fill the crack then the paint work has been spoiled. In a few of the flats wall paint has not been done but cracks filling the wall and the interior of the flat looks weird.
Not all, but many of us are coming from middle class families and spent our hard earned money to buy these properties. This is the very first property of the few of the members.
Many times we had asked your partner Mr. Devansu that we would like to meet you in person and discuss our problems but it never happened. Now it's high time that we as flat owners come upto some conclusion as the problems are not solved from your end.
We really appreciate that you could take some of your precious time and meet the members of the society and try to understand their problems and solve the issues as early as possible or else we will have no other option then to go to the court of justice.
Please FInd attached Complaint file and process accordingly within 30 days for the solution of this issue within writing to society as well as individually to me.
Further, Do the work according to what is shown in your brochure like amenities and society parking.
I hope that you will look into this matter within 30 days and respond accordingly. otherwise we have to take corrective action.
