However, after meeting Dr. Riddhi, with her guidance and treatment, I am recovering swiftly. Now I am able to walk, sit and sleep tight as long as I wish to. Her treatment and methods are modern. One to one in depth consultation is the best attribute of her. Patient friendly attitude and clam nature spreads positivity and helps recover faster. Best physiotherapist I have ever had.

Her fitness style old age group is a combination of breathing exercises and other joint movement and muscle strength exercises. We highly recommend dr Riddhi for video call fitness sessions

I then consulted Dr. Riddhi and with her exercise and techniques, I found amazing results. My shoulder and back pain has stopped. It has become more flexible. I am now able to work without tiring and worrying about it. Her friendly and positive nature solves half the problem. I highly recommend her for best physio treatment.
