★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new management staff is really rude towards students.. one of my friends had a booking at 7 AM to 8:30 AM and amount to be paid was ₹1800 .,
When we arrived at 7 the management staff who provides us the ball lets us in the turf was sleeping in his bunker we knocked the office door many times..he came down casually acting all cool..told us to start..we asked extension of our time till 9 o clock he disagreed and started acting rude..and when we finished our game at 8:45 AM he charged us ₹200 extra for 15 mins extra..what kind of management is this how do you guys hire..!!
We ended up paying ₹2000..
Please fire the guy or teach him better ways to interact with students we aren’t his buddies..
Zero professionalism..!!

Definitely recommend this place to have a fun game of Football or cricket.
There are 2 pitches and one needs to book in advance or else the slots will be full.
Pricing is easy on the pocket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place on 25th March 2022, 12 am. We had been to a party and visited the place directly, we didn’t know that we had to get our own sports materials, so we asked them to let us play from 1-3 , and we had to go back to our house to get our bat and ball.
1) we weren’t informed to get our own sports materials.
Later we started to play at 1 am, they literally shut the lights off at 2 am with no notice, and we asked them why, the employee named syed shaik, was very rude to us!! He literally told us to get out of the office. The way That he spoke to us was really hurting. There is no friendly behaviour here. I need my refund!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person managing the arena is very rude and has shown hostile behaviour towards the customers asking us to get out. It was an awful experience here and never going to play here again. No friendly atmosphere that encourages us to come back.
Wanted to play some sport and have some good time after a hectic day, but ended up losing money and mental peace at the end of the day. We booked for 2 hrs but were allowed to pay only 1 hr along with being subjected to his rude behaviour and attitude, expecting a refund and necessary strict disciplinary action towards the admin...thanks !!
